QUT Staff – Please note you cannot use your QUT Corporate Card to pay registration fees. Please complete the registration process and select the QUT Staff payment option. You will then be prompted to enter the journal account code for payment.


REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

Day Registration

Day registration includes:

  • Access to all Congress sessions
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches

The registration does not include:

  • Congress Dinner and Welcome Reception

 

International Poultry Mycoplasma Conference

This registration includes:

  • Access to all IPM sessions on Friday 8th July
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch

ACCOMMODATION

An accommodation block has been reserved for Congress delegates at Capri by Fraser, Oaks 212 Margaret and Quest River Park Central Brisbane. You are able to book a room at any of these properties during the registration process. For more information on these hotels, please click here.


TRANSLINK TRAVEL CARDS

Pre-purchase a discounted travel card for only $16 for four days. Travel as many times as you like on each chosen day. Travel days do not need to be consecutive. Valid on all TransLink bus, train, tram and ferry services in South East Queensland (excluding Airtrain). Easy to use, cardholders simply touch on at the start of their trip and touch off at the end.

If you wish to add on more days (up to 4 days extra), please contact the Congress managers at iom2016@qut.edu.au.

Please note, these card must be purchased prior to arrival. Travel card collection will be from 3rd July at the Congress registration desk. We are unable to provide cards prior to this.


REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email iom2016@qut.edu.au.

Cancellations received up until Friday 17th June 2016, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Congress.
